CANCELLATION POLICY
We completely understand that plans can change. To help us offer appointments to other patients, we kindly ask for the following notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment:
- Appointments up to 1 hour: please give us at least 2 working days’ notice.
- Appointments over 1 hour: please give us at least 5 working days’ notice.
Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
