EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS
If you have a dental emergency call us during office hours and we will do our utmost to see you within 24 hours or the same day if possible. If your emergency is out-of-hours please call our number and listen to the advice and instructions on our answering machine.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We completely understand that plans can change. To help us offer appointments to other patients, we kindly ask for the following notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment:
- Appointments up to 1 hour: please give us at least 2 working days’ notice.
- Appointments over 1 hour: please give us at least 5 working days’ notice.
Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
ACCESSIBILITY
- Our clinic prioritises accessibility for all visitors.
- The front door is flush with the pavement for wheelchair access.
- All surgeries are located on the ground floor. Please note, we do not have hoists or lifting equipment.
- Our reception features low-lying counters, a hearing induction loop, and a disabled toilet equipped with handrails and an audible call point alarm.

The nearest train and bus station is Petersfield Station which is approximately a three minute walk from Umi Clinic.

Accessible Parking
Blue Badge Parking – unfortunately, there is no designated parking for blue badge holders on nearby streets. The nearby Swan Street Car park (see above) has designated blue badge spaces. Also 30 minute roadside parking spaces are available outside the clinic located at 20 Lavant Street GU32 3EW or use the What3words address ///prove.practical.clocked. Please check signs for any restrictions.
